ALL POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT MY DISCREATION. I am the owner and sole proprietor of this company there will need to be fine tuning from time to time.

I want to ensure that I can give the best customer service to each customer, but I have the right to deny any sales transaction at my discretion.

All orders will be subject to your own local and state laws! KNOW your own laws and local ordinances, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! I will not sell or ship to anyone in Illinois, California, New York or Washington D.C, or any other non-free state.

ALL firearm sales must be shipped (transferred) to your local FFL. I must have a original signed copy of your dealers FFL on record before any firearm is shipped or transferred.

Warrantees, refunds, exchanges, and returns

There are no refunds, returns or exchanges without a return authorization. Every firearm manufacturer has some kind of warranty, lifetime warranty, replacement programs and service repair programs, some distributors also offer the same services. If you need information about any of these programs in regards to your firearm or where to send your firearm for repair contact me and I will do everything I can to assist you.

Firearm repairs must be done by a Federally Licensed gunsmith. Eden Gun Works offers the proprietary gunsmithing services for Dixie Triggers. If by some reason you need to send you firearm back to the factory for repairs, contact Dixie Triggers. I will do everything I can to liaison for you and maybe expedite your repair.

Many of my supply sources are factory direct. Some firearm manufactures offer refund/returns if not satisfied with your purchase. I will try to honor and support these programs. Dixie Triggers must obtain permission for refund from the manufacturer or distributor before I will give a return authorization. These are done on a case by case basis.

There are NO refunds, warranties, or returns on any used, consignment, military surplus items or ammo. These items are sold AS-IS.

How to buy from us

Stop by the shop, email me at Spanky@DixieTriggers.com or call me at 912-754-1587, to order the firearm(s) or item(s) you wish to purchase. You may even submit your order by mail. Please give us the item description and the quantity you desire.

Out of state firearms purchases:

Send (or email) FFL and telephone number of the firearms dealer in your state of residence where you wish to have your firearm shipped, and send payment. All orders must comply with federal, state, and local laws. Certain states have specific gun laws that must be followed. Know your state laws. We will not ship to Illinois, California, New York, Washington, D.C., or any other non-free state.

For firearms purchase your dealers must mail me a current and valid FFL (Federal Firearms License) signed in blue or red ink copy or a legible scanned copy may emailed to spanky@dixietriggers.com (it must be legible).

Prices listed do not reflect any FFL transfer fees that may be charged in addition by your local firearm dealer. Knowing and paying these fees are your responsibility.

Georgia local firearms purchases:

BATFE form 4473 must be completed and you must pass a FBI NICS background check before you can take delivery of any firearm. NICS background check is not required with valid Georgia Weapons Carry License but completing BAFTE form 4473 is still required when picking up firearms in person here at the shop.

A valid Georgia Photo ID with current physical address is required. If your physical address is not current on your ID then additional government documentation is required to show your current physical address. Your Georgia Weapons Carry License, Military Orders, vehicle registration, voter ID, etc are acceptable. Your power, cable TV or phone bill are not acceptable sources showing your physical address as per the BATFE.

Payment methods

I accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover card, business/personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL! NO 3rd party checks! There is a $10.00 minimum for all credit/debit card purchases.

We will not take credit/debit card payments over the phone or through email. ALL credit/debit card purchases must be done in person.

Georgia residents must add 7% sales tax. (multiply price times 1.07).

Non-payment or fraud

Any check that is returned for non payment, insufficient funds, closed account, or any other reason not paid will be charged $35.00 in addition to any fees required to cancel the shipment for return and a restocking fee. Any firearm purchase that results in a returned check, canceled, or non-payment of any kind will result in Federal prosecution. ALL information will be turned over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE), The US Postmaster General, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) and all local Law enforcement that has jurisdiction.

I will follow ALL the laws set by federal, state, and local governments in regards to the sales of firearms, parts, and ammunition. Any attempt to defraud or conduct illegal activities or illegal business with Dixie Triggers, Eden Gun Works, our family, or our associates shall be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency (FBI, BATFE, GBI, IRS, Effingham County Sheriff) for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Any firearm left for repair or service with Dixie Triggers (or Eden Gun Works) will be held until paid for in full. Should the customer not pay within 30 days of completion and suitable arrangements for payment have not been made, Dixie Triggers (or Eden Gun Works) will send a certified letter alerting the customer of the completed work and detailed charges including a $30 late fee. If another 30 days has passed without suitable arrangements for payment being made, the unclaimed firearm becomes the sole property of Dixie Triggers (or Eden Gun Works).

Shipping and handling

All purchases will be charged for actual shipping costs including a fuel surcharge if necessary. Customer will be notified of shipping cost prior to order being processed. Handguns will require special shipping and handling costs. Orders will be shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. Expedited shipping available at customers request and will accrue additional cost. ANY shipments returned or refused shall be charged a 10% or $25.00 restocking fee whichever is greater in addition to ALL costs incurred from shipping and handling fees. A refund will be issued minus the restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Restocking fees:

A 10% or $25 restocking fee (whichever is greater) shall apply to all refused, unpaid, denied, returns, or cancelled orders. All extra costs to Dixie Triggers regarding these circumstances will also be added. These fees will be paid to or recovered by Dixie Triggers by ANY legal means. Any such fees will be automatically deducted from an issued refund.

Special orders:

All special orders required a good faith cash deposit of 25% or $50.00 whichever is greater. There is no special pricing for special orders. Special orders are subject to the restocking fee rules.

Reserve orders:

Reserve orders require no deposit and are accepted via email ONLY. When the order is ready to be shipped to Dixie Triggers, the reserve order becomes a special order. The customer will be notified by email and/or phone call and has 48 hours to pay a deposit and complete the order. Reserve orders are held until the order is processed, released, or 48 hours after customer notification. Reserve orders are also subject to circumstances outside of Dixie Trigger’s control including back order availability, new government regulations, and supplier and manufacturer policies. A reserve order is not a guarantee of delivery or sale.

Layaway:

Dixie Triggers is able to offer layaway terms in certain situations. Layaway terms only apply to in stock non-consignment items and may be unavailable on extremely popular items. Special pricing does not apply. Terms are 60 days with 25% down. Dixie Triggers will allow the remaining balance to be paid at the customer’s convenience. If the balance due is not paid by 6:00pm of the final due date the deal is canceled, the item(s) is returned to stock, and restocking fees are applied. Buyer may not take delivery of the item(s) until the balance is paid in full and all paperwork is completed. Should the buyer decide to cancel the purchase before the final due date restocking fees apply. Dixie Triggers has the right to cancel layaway terms at any time for any reason. Should this occur, the customer will receive a full refund of all amount paid to the layaway item(s).

Consignment sales

Dixie Triggers will be happy to sell you firearm as a consignment. We will work with you to determine the best price for the firearm. The consignment fee is 5% of the sale price or $25 whichever is greater. While in inventory consignment firearms are kept oiled and are under our insurance policy. We take consignments to any local gun show we have tables at. Consignments must be set up at the shop.
